Return & Refund Policy
Used and refurbished products have a 7-day checking period beginning on the date of receipt. Please test the item promptly and contact us during this period if it is not working as described.
Returns must be in the same condition supplied and include agreed accessories. Claims are not accepted for burning, electrical or liquid damage, physical damage, broken ports, tampering, misuse, incorrect installation, power fluctuation or other customer-caused damage.
After inspection confirms eligibility, an exchange for an available equivalent item or a refund may be arranged. Approved refunds are returned within 10 days of inspection and approval. Contact us before returning an item and provide your order number, model, serial number and issue details.
